Return and Refund Policy

At Bit Stop Burger, we put the needs of our customers first. From the quality of the cuisine to the service, we work hard to make sure that every experience with us is enjoyable. We are here to assist you if you are not entirely pleased with your dinner for any reason. Please see our comprehensive return and refund policy below:

Food Order Errors*: 

We really regret if the meal you receive differs from what you were offered. If you discover that there was a mistake in your order, please give us a call right away so you can come get the right meal.

If you paid with a credit card, you will get a refund for the error-related sales price and be charged for the replacement item’s price.

For cash payments, you will be asked to pay the difference of the balance if the new food has a greater value than the food received in error.

Similarly, if the new item costs less than the mistakenly delivered product, the difference will be credited to your account. We could give you a shop credit in certain circumstances.

Your order will be priority if you come to pick it up. In all cases, please return the food order in the original container(s) to our host.

Incomplete Food Order*:

We will compensate you if, in the unlikely event, you do not receive the meal that is shown on your receipt. If you discover that any food products were missing from your purchase, please give us a call right once. Before we prepare the food, you can cancel the meal you missed without asking, and we’ll give you a shop credit, cash refund, or a credit card refund.

Dissatisfactory Food*

We use only the best and fresh ingredients to prepare our meals ready to order. Every meal we prepare is the result of our extreme care to detail and pride. If you receive food that is not up to the mark, please give us a call right away.

by anything in the meal that you don’t like. The food must be returned in its original container or containers so that we may look into and resolve the matter. We’ll make you a fresh order of food. If you would prefer not to get a different meal, we may compensate you with cash, a credit card, or store credit only after we return the food in its original container or containers and have verified the error, at the manager’s decision. 

Complimentary food*

We apologize, but we are unable to offer a cash return or value on any free meals.

The restaurant has the right to reject service to any client for any reason because it is privately owned. In order for us to continue serving you and our other amazing and regular customers great food and service, we regretfully cannot do business with a customer in the future if they violate any of the Return & Refund Policy.

NOTE

Please be aware that we make every effort to prepare and package the food for pickup in a way that maintains its high quality. Note that certain goods may change slightly in consistency, sauce, and temperature after packaging.

We are unable to provide a discount, refund, or store credit if at least 25% of the meal has been eaten or taken out. We are unable to confirm the food’s origin or problem and are unable to provide a discount, refund, or store credit if it has been thrown out, repackaged, or tampered with. Additionally, we will never produce a third order replacement and will only ever prepare a second meal order.
